Please take note that your school will be billed based on the Total Number of Tickets under the "School Spectatorship Online Attendance Submission". Kindly check the total ticket when you submit your attendance.
If a school is allocated tickets for a session and there is ZERO attendance, kindly indicate "NO SHOW" under the remark column.
If there is any discrepancies, please inform MOE-YOG Secretariat immediately before 26 Aug 2010:

Online Attendance Submission is now activated.
All schools are required to submit attendance (within 24 hours) after attending each session. The link "Submit Attendance" on the left panel will be activated on 12 Aug 2010.
The information required for attendance submission is:
• Number of Students Attended
• Number of Teachers Attended
• Name of Teacher-In-Charge
• Indicate if Session Attended is oneof your Twinned NOC
• Remarks, if any (Up to a maximum of 100 characters) |

All schools are requested to check your existing physical ticket issued to you to ensure that they tally with the what the website stated. Payment will be based on whatever stated on the website. If you have received any "extra ticket", kindly return them to YOG Secretariat at Teacher Network. |

Food and Beverages are available at the respective venue. Please download the Menu Price List.
While outside food and drinks are not allowed into the competition venues, students can bring their water bottles. |

Schools can collect the official Spectator guide at any of the competition venues during Games Times only or at any SISTIC outlets now. |

At the July briefing, you would have collected your NOC tickets and the complimentary ez-link cards allocated to your school.

A gentle reminder. Upon collection of their NOC tickets on 15/16 July, schools which have extra tickets issued to them are to return these tickets to MOE-YOG immediately at Teachers' Network or call 68319657/ 68319522 to inform. Your co-operation is very much appreciated. |

Hockey - 17 Aug 2010 (Session 109) is 04:00pm to 10:30pm
Hockey - 20 Aug 2010 (Session 113) is 04:00pm to 10:30pm
Hockey - 20 Aug 2010 (Session 114) is 04:30pm to 11:00pm
Hockey - 21 Aug 2010 (Session 115) is 04:30pm to 11:00pm
Gymnastics - 24 Aug 2010 (Session 97) is 11:00am
to 01:00pm. |
